Architectural Technologist

I am collaborating with a RIBA chartered practice to find an Architectural Technologist to join a dynamic team in Birmingham. The practice specialises in Residential projects, ranging from large-scale housing developments to bespoke homes, with additional work in the Commercial and Retail sectors.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have substantial UK-based industry experience and strong technical proficiency. A portfolio showcasing extensive residential projects is essential, along with expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Significant post-qualification experience is required
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Brilliant technical detailing abilities
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Residential experience is essential
* Must live in a commutable distance of Birmingham
* Proficient using Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe
