About our client:

A leading provider of Environmental Management Services in Hertfordshire, known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Asbestos Surveyor on a permanent basis to either work on commercial or domestic properties the choice is yours.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct a variety of asbestos surveys including:

* Management surveys
* Refurbishment and demolition surveys
* Re-inspections
* Surveys of communal areas

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Holds relevant UKATA or BOHS qualifications
* Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is organised, detail-oriented, and a team player
* Prioritises safety and is dedicated to providing high-quality service
* Is familiar with projects along the M1 and A1 motorway corridors
