You will become an integral part of one of our Engineering communities, continuously enhancing both our own and our clients’ practices and projects.Job DescriptionAs more companies and organisations adopt agile methodologies to develop digital products and solutions, there is a growing need for experts to ensure successful delivery of projects. At Deloitte, you will engage in complex digital projects and programmes both in Denmark and internationally. We operate across all sectors, including private, public, and financial, providing you with a broad range of experiences and insights.In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Leading and supporting digital product and portfolio management, ensuring successful transformations by implementing the right people, processes, and tools.
• Supporting clients in adopting agile practices, assuming roles such as product owner, scrum master, agile coach, or agile trainer.
• Taking IT project- and programme management roles in a wide range of high-profile IT- and business transformations projects.
• Being integrated into our software development teams, helping to lead and design complex solutions for our clients.
• Working as a test manager to set up strategies, facilitate execution, and drive process improvements.

You will also contribute to our internal organisational development by:

• Being a member of one of our professional communities and driving community initiatives.
• Crafting materials for the specific community you choose to indulge in.
• Drafting client proposals and supporting sales pitches.

Our Four Delivery-Focused CommunitiesDepending on your professional and academic profile and preferences, you will be involved in one of our communities that all focus on Digital Transformation:Agile: This community focuses on the skills needed to assist our clients in developing their agile delivery organisations and improving their software delivery processes.Digital Product and Portfolio Management: This community focuses on the implementation of Digital Product and Portfolio Management and includes tasks such as development and roll-out of a new delivery model that aligns people, processes, and technologies with the product lifecycle.IT Project/Program Management: This community focuses on our technology program delivery capabilities such as project management, programme management, and project and programme assurance and recovery.Quality Engineering: This community focuses on End-to-End Operational and Advisory Testing, and includes tasks such as test strategy, test management and software testing practices.QualificationsYou hold or will hold a Master’s degree in IT Management, Digitalization, Technology, or other relevant fields, or have 1-2 years of relevant experience. You have a profound curiosity about IT/Digital, Agile, and/or IT project management, and you are among the best in your class. Furthermore, you are either a native Danish speaker or highly proficient in both written and spoken Danish.What you bring to the team:

• A drive to understand complex technology and business challenges with an aspiration for developing yourself into a versatile product, project- or test manager, and/or Agile specialist.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of product ownership, scrum, project management, and methodological concepts such as Agile or PRINCE2.
• You are eager to engage in business development and commercial activities.
• You have strong analytical skills and a focus on quality and detail.
• You are a positive-minded teammate with the ability to work and solve problems in a structured way.
• You can communicate and express yourself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
