The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:We are currently looking for a talented candidate in Asset & Cash Flow Control Planning & Analysis Department as Assets & Cash Flow Controller.The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero.Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinates Discretionary Cash Flow planning & controlling process, interacting with all Functions involved

• Collect and validate all relevant cash flow data necessary for planning process from different local Departments

• Ensure the finalization of the Cash Flow Budget/Forecast planning process in accordance with Group Calendar

• Analyze the actual data and explain the variances vs planning (BDG / Forecast)

• Analyze and monitor the Key drivers in DCF generations (Region P&L, Balance Sheet, Stock).

• Interacts with the Region Commercial, Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling, Administration, Credit Management, Tax and Treasury to explain deviations and Budgetary assumptions. Ensure compliance with the procedures for loading the Cash Flow data (actual and Budget/Forecasts) into the Reporting Systems.

• Liaises with all Functions involved to optimize stock management in the Polo Italia

• Interact with DCF Group function to coordinate input and analysis

Who we are looking for:

• Master Degree in Economics & Accounting

• PhD is considered as a plus

• Knowledge of Cash Flow, Asset Accounting and Investment is needed.

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles

• Problem-solving, decision-making, and team work skills are considered as mandatory for the role.

• Open communication attitude

• Organizational Integration and network

• Flexibility, adaptability and aptitude to teamwork

• High fluency in English (written and spoken)

• MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

• Knowledge of Fedora Platform is considered as a plus

• Availability to business trip
