The role offers exposure to complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions, with particular focus on Irish legal aspects of asset-backed financings and associated regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice across a broad spectrum of asset finance structures.
• Manage cross-border transactions end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and precision.
• Draft and negotiate Irish law security documentation including share charges, account charges, and mortgages.
• Collaborate with colleagues internationally and mentor junior team members.

Participate in client development and support the firm’s continued market growth.Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years’ PQE in asset finance, structured finance, or banking law
• Admitted to practice in the Republic of Ireland or England & Wales.
• Strong academic background with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to handle complex work streams under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and professional development.
