We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Asset Manager to join our team and help us make smart, strategic decisions that maximize value and minimize risk. • Managing a diverse portfolio of assets from A to Z — financial performance, risk monitoring, and everything in between.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize asset performance.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, to ensure operational excellence.
• Preparing reports, forecasts, and value assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Staying on top of market trends and real estate developments to future-proof our portfolio.

• A solid academic background — you hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Real estate or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in project management and a proven track record in asset management or financial analysis.
• Sharp analytical thinking paired with a strong commercial instinct — you know how to spot opportunities and make them work. You love to negotiate.
• You’re confident with data and digital tools — Excel holds no secrets, and financial modeling feels like second nature.
• You’re a confident communicator and fluent in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French, and English.
