Offer DescriptionMAIN OBLIGATIONS:

• conducting didactic activities in the field of pre-school and early school pedagogy, with particular emphasis on the methodology of pre-school education;
• teaching students in the field of pre-school and early childhood pedagogy (practical profile), family studies;
• preparing scientific articles for peer-reviewed journals;
• preparing project applications of a didactic nature to external organisations (NCN, NCBiR, NPRH, NAVA, etc.);
• dissemination of results through participation in conferences, popularization activities;
• cooperation with socio-economic environment;
• participating in meetings with local and international project partners;
• carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with scientific and didactic activity of Pedagogical Institute, College of Social Sciences, University of Rzeszów.

RequirementsResearch Field Educational sciences Education Level Master Degree or equivalentSkills/Qualifications

• completed higher education in the discipline of pedagogy;
• interests in the area of pre-school and/or early childhood education, teaching methodology;
• didactic achievements in the field of teaching methodology and pre-school and/or early childhood education;
• knowledge of research methods used in pre-school and early school pedagogy, with particular emphasis on the issues of the pre-school and/or early childhood education;
• fluent in spoken and written Polish (in the case of foreign candidates).
• a minimum of 5 years of experience as a pre-school and/or early childhood education teacher.
