Job description

Under Law No. 68/1999 “Norme per il diritto al lavoro dei disabili”, Uni Systems is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will support our financial operations and contribute to the seamless functioning of our accounting processes.What will you be doing?

• Processing invoices and payment requests
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintaining accurate financial records and performing reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements
• Collaborating on tax-related filings and documentation
• Participating in the implementation of process improvements

RequirementsWhat do you need to bring to this role?

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• One to three years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
