Liase with senior management as needed– Organize and maintain board portal to ensure optimal efficiency– Maintain action lists and ensure accountability– Maintain organized records of meetings, minutes, dashboards and related documentsPolicy management and communicationMaintain corporate charters and policies up to date, coordinate updates and prepare communication.Legal and Compliance trainingAssist in the preparation of material, coordinate communication and planningAssist in Legal and Compliance projectsAssist with Governance mattersCorporate Housekeeping in close conjunction with your colleague ParalegalWhat do we ask from you?An experienced paralegal preferably with related experience in a similar role or a young graduateAttention to detailCreative thinker, open to challenge and eager to learnHigh sense of discretionMulti-tasking in fast paced, deadline driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English and Dutch)Solution-focused, takes initiative to ensure self and team work effectively within established guidelines and timeframesStrong organizational, time-management and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and board membersSolid knowledge of MS Office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)What we offer​In this challenging and responsible position, you will have the chance to make a significant contribution to industry-leading projects and be connected to our dedicated people and customers.
