Facilities are responsible for all property services on behalf of the University, including cleaning, landscape, security, accommodation, hospitality, sport, capital development and general maintenance of the Estate.   We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for all staff, students and visitors from around the world and making campus and inspiring place to be.

Supporting the Facilities Manager for the residential estate comprising circa 6,000 student bedrooms you will be a main point of contact for our accommodation, commercial services  and UPP colleagues, major duties of the role include;

• Customer service and service delivery
• People planning
• Team Support and development 
• Contract management and budgeting 
• Project Management

Excellent customer service, high levels of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task are essential elements of this role.

This is a campus- based post, required to work university core hours with some weekend work required.
