Overall Job PurposeThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and strategic goals of the Food & Beverage department. This role assists in managing daily service operations across all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet services, room service, and any other related services. The position is responsible for ensuring superior guest experiences through high-quality service, efficient team leadership, and strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities· Assist in managing day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and event catering (if applicable).· Supervise and support F&B staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.· Ensure the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction are met at all times.· Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies and managing costs.· Monitor F&B operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.· Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.· Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Qualifications, Skills & Experience:Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.· Fluent in both Italian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plusStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. (HACCP)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
