As an Assistant General Manager you will work closely with your General Manager to grow the business. WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Willingness for progression to the next step within F&B operation
• Senior management experience in a high-end venue
• Experience with forefront leadership of medium to big sized teams; with their training and development
• Supportive approach for all things operations for a smooth running of the business
• Good understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office
