£27,584 to £33,804
per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Your role as an Assistant Hall Manager
We are looking for an experienced, customer focused, and enthusiastic individual to assist our Hall Managers in the day-to-day running of busy student Halls of Residence on University Park.
Main duties will include assisting with the management and organisation of the accommodation, housekeeping and portering functions carrying out a range of associated administrative and operational duties ensuring high quality customer service is provided at all times. You will also manage adherence to University policies and procedures and will carry out service, codes of practice and Health and Safety audits as required.
Candidates should have substantial experience gained within a similar work environment, have demonstrable planning, organisational and administration skills and have substantial experience of resource management. Excellent customer service skills are also essential for this role.

This is a permanent, full time post. Hours of work are 36.25 per week, working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged. Flexibility to work weekends, University closure days and bank holidays will be required. Job share arrangements may be considered.
