• Master’s degree in Japanese Studies
• Japanese language proficiency at N1 level (certified by the N1 the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test)
• At least one year of research internship at a Japanese university
• Knowledge of modern and contemporary Japanese prose, including women’s literature, queer literature and postmodern literature
• knowledge of modern and contemporary Japanese poetry
• publications, including at least one in a peer-reviewed academic journal from the ministerial list
• native knowledge of Polish
• Willingness to work in an academic environment, share experience and research results, and establish scientific cooperation;
• Impeccable ethical and professional attitude.

• Opinion of an academic teacher with an academic title or a postdoctoral degree;
• Other documents relevant to the competition process (at the candidate’s initiative).
