Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Edinburgh
Basic Salary: £22,640 per annum – Permanent 35-hour contract

Shift and schedule: Trading hours are 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Monday to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 9:30 am – 7:00 pm Thursday & 11:00 am – 5:30 pm Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern

– Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the shop, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
– Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
– Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
– Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
– Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
– Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
– Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
