I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leisure and entertainment brand with a twist, who are on the lookout for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join their leadership team. This is a venue offering a dynamic mix of experiences from group events and gaming to bar service and live entertainment.

What you’ll bring:

* Experience in volume hospitality, leisure, or events (venues, bars, or competitive socialising concepts).
* Customer service experience driving sales and upselling.
* A hands-on leadership style – comfortable managing the floor and inspiring your team.
* A commercial mindset, able to drive sales and hit key performance targets
* Energy, personality, and a genuine passion for delivering standout guest experiences
