Your Day-to-Day
• Support and oversee smooth daily operations across all areas of the venue
• Lead from the front during busy, structured services
• Motivate, guide, and develop your FOH team
• Deliver warm, efficient, standout customer service
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist with rotas, stock management, ordering, and performance oversight
• Ensure service runs like clockwork, even at peak times

What We’re Looking For
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy fresh food pub or restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with a calm, confident approach
• Hands-on attitude — you’re present, proactive, and lead by example
• Excellent communication and people skills

• Reliable, organised, and professional
