Join a dynamic retail operations team as an Assistant Casino Manager in Galway. You will help lead a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced and engaging environment, backed by the experience and stability of a trusted business with over 40 years of success.What You’ll DoAs Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the club. Your role will be key in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring they enjoy our services responsibly. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, a sharp customer focus, and the ability to multitask effectively.Industry experience is not essential – if you have a strong background in retail or hospitality (e.g. Assistant Manager in food, discount, or mobile retail, or hotel management), we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the clubDeliver outstanding customer service at all timesHandle customer queries professionally and in line with company policiesFoster strong communication between staff and managementRecruit, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing teamEmbrace new initiatives and drive improvementsMaintain high operational standardsComplete administrative tasks and ensure compliance with procedures and policiesPlease note: Responsibilities may vary and are subject to change.What You Will NeedAt least 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in retail or hospitalityExcellent organisational and planning skillsStrong verbal and written communicationIT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel) and the ability to learn internal systemsAbility to coach and develop team members to deliver great customer experiencesConfidence to handle challenges calmly and professionallyAbility to influence and engage with wider business teamsWhat is on OfferA positive, supportive work environmentOngoing learning and development opportunitiesA collaborative team cultureCompetitive pay and benefitsReady to take the next step in your retail management career?
