- Performing teaching duties in both Polish and English on both full-time and part-time studies in the field of educational and developmental psychology according to the schedule
- Conducting diploma seminars
- Preparing and implementing teaching documentation: syllabi, evaluations, archiving student works
- Developing content and lesson plans
- Participating in the defense of diploma theses
- Coordinating the work of other lecturers in preparing classes
- Collaboration with the course coordinator
- Ensuring the development of teaching competencies through participation in internal training organized by both the faculty and the university, e.g., during the Teaching Competencies Week
Research design:
- Acquisition and implementation of scientific research projects
- Conducting scientific activities and publishing their results
Organizational work:
- Participation in Faculty meetings
- Willingness to perform assigned organizational functions and tasks at the Faculty
- Organizing and participating in initiatives carried out by the University, Faculty, and Institute
- Participation in activities promoting the University, Faculty, and Institute
- Representing the University, Faculty, and Institute in community forums
RequirementsResearch Field Psychological sciences » Psychology Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in social sciences or humanities, in the field of psychology, and a master’s degree in psychology
- Minimum one year of experience in conducting teaching activities with students and preparing teaching materials
- Experience in organizing the teaching process (planning and organizing teaching activities, preparing teaching loads for lecturers, preparing regulations, procedures, and instructions concerning teaching, implementing new teaching programs)
- Fluent proficiency in Polish and English
- Professional experience gained outside of the university
- Experience in conducting business activities and supporting students in developing their entrepreneurship
- Experience in conducting trainings, workshops, and seminars
- Experience in organizing scientific conferences
- Experience in fundraising for organizational activities and project implementation
- Experience in developing applications of scientific knowledge in social or business practice
- Social experience (in non-governmental organizations or volunteering)
- Scientific publications
- Participation in the implementation of national and international grants (as a principal investigator and/or executor)
- Awards and distinctions for scientific activity
- Active participation in national and international scientific conferences
- Experience in popularizing and commercializing research results
- Research interests in the field of social psychology
- Availability to work on weekends
- Declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work
