- Research work, successful applications for grants, publishing in international periodicals with a high allocation of points
- Teaching, conducting classes in English for students of the Department of English Studies
- Participation in academic activities and administrative work within the Institute of Humanities
- Participation in the work of the Department on developing new teaching projects (including international ones), devising and reviewing programmes of study, participation in work related to student affairs (supervision of students, administrative work)
- Availability and focus on academic work
RequirementsResearch Field Language sciences » Linguistics Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/Qualifications
- Ph.D. in linguistics or related disciplines (as of 30 September 2024 at the latest)
- Research interests in the fields of descriptive, comparative, corpus, and computational linguistics; translation studies, sociolinguistics
- Documented academic achievements
- Teaching experience appropriate to the degrees or title held
- Publications, including international ones
- Experience in conducting research
- Active participation in domestic and foreign academic conferences and experience in organising academic conferences are desirable
- Experience in the dissemination and commercialisation of research results
- Experience in organising teaching (including the implementation of new teaching programmes)
- Readiness to teach classes at weekends
- Proficiency in English
- Declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of employment

Eligibility criteria
- Academic achievements: 50% of the final score
- Teaching achievements: 25% of the final score
- Practical and administrative achievements: 25% of the final score
