- Conducting teaching classes in developmental and educational psychology, as well as clinical child psychology;
- Teaching classes in English on topics related to educational psychology and developmental psychology at the undergraduate level;
- Participating in the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of educational psychology and clinical child psychology;
- Coordinating classes in the educational psychology specialisation;
- Performing organisational tasks related to teaching (creating syllabi, archiving student work, grading, holding student meetings such as consultations/office hours);
- Involvement in organisational work at the Faculty of Psychology
- Participation in meetings of educators within the Department and Specialization;
- Supervising internships (individual internships), supporting students in developing practical skills as part of projects conducted at the Department;
- Fostering the development of professional competencies primarily through participation in internal training and workshops, such as during the Week of Teaching Competencies;
- Collaboration within a team, jointly carrying out tasks and projects undertaken by the educational psychology specialisation team.

- Possession of a master’s degree in psychology and a doctoral degree in social, humanistic, or medical sciences;
- Experience in teaching at the university level, including in English;
- Experience in leading undergraduate and/or graduate seminars;
- Awards and recognitions for teaching activities and evaluations of teaching performance;
- Fluency in the English language;
- Experience in applying scientific knowledge in clinical or social practice;
- Experience in popularising scientific knowledge;
- Teaching competencies confirmed by certificates or completion of courses or other forms of education aimed at enhancing qualifications in teaching, training, and workshops;
- Experience in preparing teaching materials;
- Active participation in national and international scientific conferences;
- Experience in organising the teaching process (assignment of teaching activities for coordinated subjects, preparation of syllabi for classes, implementation of new teaching programs);
- Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and training programs;
- Willingness to teach classes, including weekends;
- Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new applications;
- Declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work.
Specific RequirementsOptional:
- Participation in the implementation of national and international grants (as principal investigator and/or collaborator);
- Scientific publications in the field of educational psychology, clinical psychology, or social psychology;
- Experience gained through work at foreign universities;
- Experience in organising scientific conferences;
- Interest in new technologies in education.

Eligibility criteriaFormal criteria:
- Scientific achievements – 25% of the final assessment;
- Teaching achievements – 60% of the final assessment;
- Organisational and practical achievements – 15% of the final assessment;
