• Conducting and disseminating research in the fields of media discourse (media and advertising language), political discourse, and intercultural communication.
• Documented experience teaching university students, particularly in practical English language instruction, language pragmatics and communication, media language, advertising language, discourse analysis, political discourse analysis, and intercultural communication. Positive teaching evaluations by supervisors are required.
• Active research involvement, demonstrated by publications and participation in academic conferences.

Specific RequirementsRequirements:

• Fulfilment of the qualifications specified in Article 113 of the Polish Law on Higher Education and Science, dated July 20, 2018.
• PhD in linguistics, with a specialization in English linguistics (language pragmatics).
• Completed higher education in English philology.
• Current research output (including publications in English) in the broader field of communication.
• Pedagogical competencies relevant to the discipline and higher education teaching, aligned with the field of study where the candidate will deliver courses.
