Offer DescriptionTadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of TechnologyANNOUNCES A COMPETITION FOR THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (adiunkt)in a group of research and teaching staffin the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computer Science and TelecommunicationsWorking time: 1Number of available positions: 4Type of employment contract: for a fixed period of 12 months with the possibility of extensionRepresented scientific discipline: information technology and telecommunications1. Necessary requirements:· doctoral degree in the field of information technology and telecommunications or a related discipline,· scientific achievements confirmed by publications and participation in scientific conferences and conducting research in the field of information technology and telecommunications or related fields,· predispositions to work in a research team and to work with students (conducting classes and diploma theses),· pedagogical preparation or an obligation to supplement it in the first year of employment,· indication that the Cracow University of Technology will be the primary place of work,· teaching ise conducted in Polish, so knowledge of Polish is required at least at a communicative level,· fluent knowledge of English at least at B2 level.2. Additional requirements:· indicating the discipline of information technology and telecommunications as a discipline of research;· using the affiliation of the Cracow University of Technology WIiT on its publications.3. Work responsibilites:· teaching and consultations with students in accordance with the CUT Work Regulations,· active participation in the scientific work of the unit,· participation in research and didactic seminars,· active participation in organizational work of the unit,· other work commissioned by the direct supervisor,· participation in the proposed trainings for professional development,· applying for grants.4. Required documents:· detailed CV (taking into account the course of previous employment),· application for employment addressed to the Rector,· research plan,· documents confirming education and completed courses and training (certified photocopies),· a certificate or other certificate confirming knowledge of English at least at B2 level,· a certificate of completion of a pedagogical course in the case of its completion or a declaration of supplementing it in the first year of employment,· list of achievements, major publications and unpublished works, and other documents that may affect employment.The employment will take place after the competition procedure consisting in:· analysis of submitted documentation,· conducting job interviews,The required documents should be submitted to:The Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Information Technology and Telecommunications at ul.
