Offer DescriptionDean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Warsaw announces a competition for the post of Assistant Professor in a group of research and teaching staff at the Department of Korean Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.RequirementsResearch Field Cultural studies » Oriental studies Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/QualificationsWe require from the candidate for this position:meeting the conditions set out in Art. 113 in the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742, as amended) and the Statute of the University of Warsaw (Resolution No. 443 of the Senate of the University of Warsaw of June 26, 2019 , Monitor item 190);1. Doctoral degree in Korean studies or equivalent2. Very good knowledge of the Korean language3. Very good knowledge of the English language5. Discipline: Cultural and religious studies,6. Scientific activity in the above discipline: publications, organization and participation in international and national conferences7. Experience in international cooperation8. Experience in teaching at a university in the field of Korean language and grammar and Korean art9.
