• very good practical knowledge of thin-film fabrication techniques, especially spin-coating, magnetron sputtering, and thermal sublimation, as well as a basic understanding of vacuum technology;
• knowledge of basic spectroscopic and electrochemical techniques, particularly synchrotron techniques (XANES, EXAFS);
• English at least at B2 level;
• scientific and organizational activities as well as active participation in conferences and symposiums.
