Trinity College Dublin, The University of Dublin is seeking to fill the following full-time academic position: Assistant Professor in Postcolonial and Global Literatures, Trinity College Dublin. This role is a 5 Year, Fixed-Term Contract, Tenure Track The School seeks a scholar with a PhD and a strong research background in Postcolonial and Global Literatures. We invite applications from scholars working across any combination of periods, regions, genres, forms, and media, but we especially encourage applicants with training and expertise in literatures of the Americas. This is a major area of research and teaching for the School. In addition to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate degree levels, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the School’s culture of postgraduate research and supervision in this area. Appointment will be made on the Assistant Professor Salary Scale (109BN) commensurate with qualifications / experience and in line with Public Sector Pay Policy (€41,500 to €99,550 per annum).
