Offer Description1) Conducting research in the disciplines of management and quality sciences and social communication and media sciences;
2) scientific development and publishing research results in scientific monographs and in national and international scientific journals;
3) teaching in Polish at a high level, including readiness to teach in English and to conduct workshops;
4) participation in the development of laboratory facilities for new media technologies;
5) participation in research projects and assistance in the preparation of applications for funding of such projects,
6) active participation in the organisational life of the academic community, including organisational activities for the Institute;

2) scientific interests in: social communication and media sciences, management and quality sciences, especially in the area of new media technologies, new technologies in education and new management methods;
3) teaching experience of at least 10 years in the field of management and quality sciences and social communication and media sciences;
4) experience in organisational work for students, including international students;
5) documented record of published papers in the fields of management and quality sciences and social communication sciences and media;
6) documented project management in the field of implementation of new media technologies, new technologies in education and new management methods;
7) documented participation in international and national conferences;
8) documented participation in the organisation of international and national conferences;
9) documented participation in research projects, including their coordination and in organisational and implementation work;
10) oral and written proficiency in Polish and a foreign language;
