With a strong pipeline of projects and clear progression pathways, this role offers the perfect platform for professional growth.As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of high-end construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with senior project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Other responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of projects.
• Developing relationships with existing and new clients.
• Develop project documentation and reporting.
• Assist with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
• Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
• Support with feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc.
• Monitor and report on contractor’s progress on site.
• Support the team in developing new business opportunities as well as managing existing relationships.
• Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate.

About you

• BSc/MSc in a relevant project management/surveying/engineering related subject (Not Essential)
• Ambitious and result driven
• Confident in engaging with senior professionals and deliver inpactful presentations and reports
• NEC4 experience would be an advantage
• Focused on commercial success and continuous learning, you consistently deliver projects on time and thrive in fast-paced environments.
