You may have some experience, or none at all. What you do have is confidence, a never-say-die attitude and a passion for events and live experiences. You’re also flexible, organized, customer-focused and have an eye for detail. You’re no shrinking violet: you are not shy about asserting yourself and communicating new ideas.What you’ll be doing

• Keep our and client’s databases updated at all times
• Support in the production of an event during preparation and when on-site
• Assist in venue and supplier selection, registration of participants and may help to make travel arrangements
• Support (and learn from) project managers when setting, communicating, maintaining timelines and priorities on all projects
• Help manage the finances and monitor cost of our events

Must haves(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

• Fluent English & French OR English & Flemish
• A valid work permit as we do not sponsor visas
• Attention to detail
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Wanting to make our clients and teams happy
• Motivated and ready to go beyond the job description to make things happen
• On rare occasions it may happen that you may have to work on weekends, but of course you can take time off to compensate for the additional hours

Nice to haves

• Any additional language
• Experience working in an event agency
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft programs: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, MS Teams and other technological registration tools
