* Has experience in high-end or premium restaurants
* Is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Has strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Has a solid understanding of Italian cuisine (a bonus!)
* Brings great wine knowledge – WSET qualification is a plus
