Dining room ManagerThe Assistant Room Dining Manager assists the Dining Room Manager in ensuring the efficiency of catering operations in the assigned outlets, guest satisfaction and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, know English at a minimum level of B2 and a third language (German) at a minimum level of B1.
At least 1 year of experience on cruise ships in a similar managerial position or in a high-volume restaurant (500+ seats) in 4/5-star hotels is also required.
