Job Description:Romazzino a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda for the season 2025 is looking for a talented Assistant Sommelier to join our team.The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, experiences in a world-renowned destination to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.Reporting to the Sommelier, he/she will have experience working in luxury restaurant.The position is based in Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia and the contract is full time. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy/EU.DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIESAnticipate guests needs, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience according to our service standards;Develop special events about wine;Inventory and requisitions: assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries. This is a fast-paced environment that suits a friendly and outgoing personality.You will have:

• Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
• At least 2 years experience at same level.
• Fluent English and additional languages desirable
• Sommelier Association membership degree appreciated (AIS or WSET)
