-At least 18+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting
-12+ months of team leadership or Assistant Store Management experience
-A natural leader who thrives on motivating and developing others
-Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising knowledge, and attention to detail
-Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills and a data-driven mindset
-Confident communicator with strong English language skills
-Passion for people, product, and performanceWhat you’ll do
