• Appointment and resource management, independent preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, training courses, as well as other internal and external events;
• Supporting the supervisor and the management team in operational business as well as in strategic and organizational ad hoc tasks/projects;
• Preparing data and creating presentations and assisting in ad hoc tasks/projects;
• Continuously align with assistant of the controlling team and potentially cover for her during leave periods;
• Planning and preparing trips as well as travel expense reports (SAP Concur) and carrying out special tasks (PC coordinator, Intranet, etc.);
• Maintenance of lists and databases (OneNote, SharePoint, etc.) and the continuous optimization of internal departmental processes.

Your Profile as Assistant to Head of Corporate Performance Controlling:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office communications clerk, European secretary or foreign language secretary or comparable training with professional experience;
• Experience in the field of administration and assistance as well as a very good command of written and spoken English, ideally also German;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge would be good add-on;
• A structured, independent way of working as well as discretion and confidentiality;
• Ability to work under pressure, confident manner, flexibility, ability to work in a team and personal commitment.
