• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive living environment
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, documenting changes and reporting to the care team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans
• Participate in activities and programs that promote residents’ social engagement
• Engage in ongoing training and development to further enhance caregiving skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in an assisted living environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new environment
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care are advantageous
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record keeping
• Flexibility in work availability, including shifts on weekends and evenings
