Assistant Planner / Planner
Location: Luton
Salary: GBP26,000 – GBP30,000 (depending on experience)

A long-established, award-winning multidisciplinary architectural and planning practice based in Luton is seeking an Assistant Planner / Planner to join their growing town planning team. The practice is known for delivering creative, sustainable, and innovative solutions across a wide range of sectors.

About the Role:

* Opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, education, commercial, and infrastructure.
* Gain experience in planning applications, appeals, Local Plan representations, site promotions, and master planning.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with planning applications, appeals, and Local Plan representations.
* Support site promotion and master planning.
* Work on a range of planning projects for an established client base.
* Gain exposure to residential, education, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:

* 1 to 3 years of experience in a planning consultancy or related environment.
* Knowledge of the planning process, including planning applications and appeals.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Proactive, with a desire to take on responsibility and expand knowledge.
