Overview
The Retail & Commerce department drives business with strategic partners across the acceptance value chain. The team is looking for Sales Lead Gen Support that will support the Sales Operations Manager that will build out a pipeline of sales leads to meet business plans and company objectives.About the RoleIn this role, you will:Support the Sales Operations Manager, identifying sales opportunities through the execution of the lead generation strategy, and by means of tracking and forecasting the sales pipeline thus providing actionable insights through reporting and KPI analysis.Your key responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Operations Manager and the Account Mgmt. & BD team to deliver against business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers
• Act as data & insights subject matter expert, including the preparation and distribution of monthly performance reporting, support the development of QBR’s, and support handling ad-hoc data requests from customers and the broader team
• Support Lead Generation strategy execution, preparing and co-organizing client events and respective communications

About you :

• Must be eligible for a Rosetta position (under 24 years old)
• Strong team player, transparent communicator, and collaborator
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in excel
• Highly proactive/self-starter attitude
• Strong communicator with outstanding (English) written, oral and presentation skills
• Strong ability to partner and manage internal stakeholders across various businesses/teams
• Good knowledge of the payments industry is preferrable
• Bachelor degree or similar from a leading institution
