Our people represent 90 nationalities and speak 80 languages.Position SummaryWe are currently looking for junior/mid-level associates to join the Banking practice in our Milan office.In addition to strong academic credentials, you should possess the drive and determination needed to thrive in a fast-paced practice, handling the legal intricacies of large-scale banking transactions. Your work At White & Case will involve a wide range of tasks with both an international and local focus, including:

• Providing advice for our domestic and international clients in respect of complex cross-border finance transactions
• Advising on complex issues, particularly in the areas of leveraged financings (including high yield), acquisition finance and corporate loans
• Cross-border work with various legal jurisdictions and our global White & Case offices

Working in a client-facing practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also be significant assets – enabling you to form strong professional relationships, and to explain sophisticated legal concepts in clear, precise language that can be easily understood by non-lawyers. • Admission in Italy
• PQE 2 – 6
• Experience in general banking finance, broad exposure consisting of a combination of acquisition and leveraged financing, syndicated and bilateral financings (both secured and unsecured)
• Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative and analytical thinker
• Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when working across multiple deals
• Client service focus and commercial awareness
• Team player
• Strong judgment
