• You support the definition of a specific set of features of the CRM customer and dealer journey and enable product features
• You assist in conducting market research and customer interviews
• You support the development of product requirements and roadmaps
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with business goals
• You monitor product performance and gather user feedback
• You manage and align work items and requirements

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English as well as organizational skills
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle, market analysis, and agile development methodology
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
• Experience working collaboratively in international teams
