Providing balanced, objective, and accurate information to the scientific community, health care professionals, payers, and patients in a consistent and timely fashion across the entire drug development lifecycle is fundamental to Lilly.The purpose of the Publication Lead for IBU role is to partner with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to lead the development and execution of publication strategic and tactical plans to ensure effective dissemination of scientific information to in support of the IBU regional needs. This is accomplished by collaborating, leading, and influencing medical leaders across IBU Medical Affairs, IBU Patient Outcomes/Real World Evidence, as well as commercial colleagues as appropriate. The IBU Publication Lead position includes strategic as well as tactical planning and execution of publications. The IBU Publication lead works closely with the Global Publications Strategy and Execution Lead (PSEL) to ensure full alignment with the Global Publication Plan for the asset and collaborates with the GSC Launch Capability Advisor to ensure best practices across the function.Primary Responsibilities: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the job requirements at the time it was prepared.
