In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to expert on compliance risks, controls, and mitigations, ensuring our business operations are conducted with the highest ethical standards.Location of the positionThis position is available remotely in Hungary with occasional travel to Debrecen site.Your mission
Who We’re Looking ForAre you passionate about investigations and compliance? Do you thrive in diverse environments and enjoy building lasting relationships? If so, we want to hear from you!We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in investigations, along with exposure to compliance or audit functions. A BA in Law or Industrial Management is essential, and having an MA or additional BAs in related fields would be an advantage. Experience in a manufacturing or pharma setup is preferred.Our ideal candidate has a global mindset and cultural flexibility, and is open to flexible work hours as per business demands. The role requires approximately 30% travel. You should have proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, work independently, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas.
