The School’s faculty members also come from all over the world, with PhDs from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Columbia, UCLA, Northwestern, Cornell, Duke, Cambridge, and London Business School, among others.The UCL School of Management takes full advantage of being part of a world-leading university through its interdisciplinary outlook and builds on close collaborations in both research and education with other UCL departments, including computer science, engineering, economics, psychology, public policy, statistics and medical sciences.Further information about the School can be found here.About the roleThe UCL School of Management is looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Associate Professor (Teaching) to become a key member of the team delivering the School’s new degree in Creativity, Innovation and Leadership (MSc).The School is looking for candidates who have experience in encouraging individuals and organisations to become more creative while being aware of barriers to creativity and how to overcome them. Candidates should also be motivated to liaise with industry to design opportunities for students to get exposure to real-life creativity and innovation projects. Experience in coaching and other leadership support is an advantage. The postholder will have opportunities to start new initiatives to enhance the Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership degree.Please note that:

They will have experience teaching both undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, with clear evidence of teaching in the areas of creativity and innovation. Experience in coaching and providing leadership support is also essential.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the relevance of their professional knowledge through active engagement with professional journals, societies, and the business sector.
