All of whom have been responsible for the successful delivery of many high profile projects in recent years.ABOUT THE ROLEAbout the role:The successful Associate Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. This will initially be on commercial, Student Accomodation and Education.The role would ideally suit someone with a proven track record in similar sectors of industry.The role will vary from bespoke one off projects, large collaborative schemes and account managing for a long term, high profile client.The successful Associate Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company.REQUIREMENTSAbout the requirements:

• The successful Associate Project Manager needs to have extensive experience of managing a range of projects in a variety of sectors and ideally in some experience in Commercial.
• 5-10 years experience.
• Capable of managing a very demanding client.
• A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal.
• Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
• Demonstrable experience managing a team of Project Managers
