Description & RequirementsWho we are looking forWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Associate with a background in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field. An ideal candidate will have experience (1 year) in valuations, financial analysis, or modeling, and be proficient in using analytical tools such as Excel and VBA. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.Your future roleIn this role, you will analyze financial data and develop comprehensive financial models. You will prepare reports and documentation related to valuations and assist in identifying key factors that influence company value. You will collaborate with clients, management, and project teams to ensure optimal solutions and adapt to market trends for valuation methodologies. On a daily basis you will:

• develop and refine financial models to support valuations of companies and assets, gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis.
• learn and apply various valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) under the guidance of senior staff.
• assist in preparing detailed financial forecasts and conduct sensitivity analyses to understand the risk and return dynamics.
• conduct a research for specific projects, offering a chance to learn how to evaluate financial statements and market data.
• create and contribute to valuation reports and presentations, gaining exposure to client-facing materials and strategic recommendations.
• collaborate with experienced team members on real-world advisory projects, enhancing both technical and communication skills.
• stay informed on industry trends and market conditions, developing a deeper understanding of factors that drive financial decisions.
