MISSION

Within the Financial Department, more specifically the auxiliary accounting department (payable and receivable), apprentice will support all aspects of a suppliers portfolio on accounting standpoint (invoice analysis, purchase order, receive approval from appropriate & prepare invoices for payment) and also to allocate the incoming payments of accounts receivable.

ACTIVITES

You will also comply with Finance, Accounts Payable and Account receivable Company’s policy and regulations. The current team is composed of 5 person.

You will :

• Ensuring the conformity of supplier invoices (addresses, VAT, purchase order number, etc.)
• Ensuring the proper integration of the supplier invoices and credits
• Ensuring the follow-up of the approvals of supplier invoices
• Analysing litigations and carrying out the follow-up of resolution with internal & external collaborators
• Ensuring accounting process of Account Payable
• Ensuring accounting process of Account Receivable and allocation related to
• Posting Cash daily of Account Receivable
• Creation and modification of part of financial customer/supplier master data
• Participating in the operations of quarterly and annual closing

PROFILE

• BTS or bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Accounting knowledge (balance sheet; customer and supplier accounting)
• Pack office

MISSION

Au sein du département financier, et plus particulièrement du département de comptabilité auxiliaire (créditeurs et débiteurs), l’apprenti supportera tous les aspects d’un portefeuille de fournisseurs d’un point de vue comptable (analyse des factures, commande d’achat, recevoir l’approbation des personnes concernées et préparer les factures pour le paiement) et allouera également les paiements entrants des comptes débiteurs.

ACTIVITÉS

Vous vous conformerez également à la politique et aux règlements de la société en matière de finances, de comptabilité fournisseurs et de comptabilité clients. L’équipe actuelle est composée de 5 personnes.

Vous allez :

• Assurer la conformité des factures fournisseurs (adresses, TVA, numéro de commande, etc.)
• Assurer la bonne intégration des factures fournisseurs et des crédits
• Assurer le suivi des approbations des factures fournisseurs
• Analyser les litiges et effectuer le suivi de la résolution avec les collaborateurs internes et externes
• Assurer le processus comptable du compte fournisseurs
• Assurer le processus comptable du compte client et l’allocation liée à
• Comptabilisation quotidienne de la trésorerie du compte clients
• Création et modification d’une partie des données financières de base des clients/fournisseurs
• Participer aux opérations de clôture trimestrielle et annuelle

PROFIL

• BTS ou licence en comptabilité
• Connaissances comptables (bilan, comptabilité clients et fournisseurs)
• Pack office

Compétences linguistiques : 

• Anglais : niveau scolaire accepté
