A leader in the field, you will be supervising and managing services to clients including preparing audit strategy and budgets. Someone of your knowledge and know-how will also be expected to:Develop a personal growth plan/strategy around a portfolio of potential new clients/new business; identify, prepare and participate in proposals for new clients and projects;Plan and execute projects to deliver a superior client experienceBuild a deep understanding of how each client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practicesIdentify and solve problems using analysis, experience and judgmentIdentify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clientsUse financial information to evaluate business opportunities and make recommendationsDelivering high quality audits via appropriate use of technology, tools, guidance and methodologyPerform risk assessment procedures or provide a basis for the identification and assessment of risks of material misstatementAbout you:Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging/ dynamic work environmentBig 4 or mid-tier Audit firm experience, familiar working in an environment that complies with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations, ethical standards and independence requirementsQualified accountant with CAI accounting qualification or international equivalent and a strong academic recordExcellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detailStrong commercial and market awarenessExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reportsStrong commitment to professional and client service excellenceIf you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we advise you to apply.
