As the AV Services Manager you will be responsible for designing, planning, directing and coordinating the delivery of AV Services across the whole of the university teaching and learning facilities within budget and to mutually agreed quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical change and refresh projects for AV hardware and software in all teaching, learning and administrative contexts using a mix of internal development resources, managed services,3rd party software and hardware implementations and cloud services.
The successful candidate will have:
● Proven experience with software licensing, hardware and complex services contracts
● Experience of working with senior management and stakeholders to scope projects, manage customer expectations and support business process change
● Report and manage all project costs, including external consultancy and supplier costs
