Position: MuleSoft Business/Functional AnalystLocation: Belgium/Europe (preferably in Belgium, Netherlands, or the UK; remote work within the EU can be considered)Contract Type: Statement of Work (SOW) / ConsultantOverview:
Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Business/Functional Analyst to join the Simplify WDI Integration project. This role will primarily focus on the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of business requirements and processes for large-scale and complex projects. The candidate will work closely with both customers and internal divisions to ensure business needs are met while maintaining alignment with evolving business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of business requirements for large-scale, complex projects with significant system risk.
Collaborate closely with customers and various divisions to ensure business processes align with the project’s goals.
Ensure that non-functional requirements meet customer expectations.
Validate proposed solutions to technical or business challenges within the current and future business environment.
Reconcile business requirements with technical solutions.
Build and maintain business process mappings in ARIS.
Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to clarify and agree on business requirements.
Work in an agile manner, collaborating with the development and quality assurance teams through 3 Amigos meetings to co-create solutions.
Facilitate end-user demos and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to ensure maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile environment.
Participate actively in squad activities and Agile ceremonies.
Key Requirements:Proven experience as a MuleSoft Business/Functional Analyst.
Strong experience in integration and migration processes.
Knowledge of SAP, ideally with S/4HANA expertise.
Expertise in MuleSoft.
Ability to collaborate effectively within an agile team environment.
Preferred Skills:Previous experience working on mapping/migration projects.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to facilitate business process mapping and documentation.
