Our platform powers the majority of Hungary’s call centers and is used in over 50+ countries worldwide.We’re looking for a Back End Developer to join a talented team that’s improving and expanding VCC Live’s backend services serving thousands of real-time WebRTC and SIP calls presenting challenges throughout the whole stack (go & C). You’d be working with a modern stack of software with thousands of users.On a busy day, VCC Live’s multichannel platform handles millions of calls, text messages, and emails – and our channels continue to grow with the likes of WhatsApp, Messenger, and more. As we offer a highly customizable solution, we’re always adding to our integration capabilities and our no-code configurability is a huge benefit for our clients who afford us with an NPS of 80+.Ultimately, VCC Live presents a powerful, simple and straightforward experience for the thousands of contact center agents who are using nothing more than a laptop, headset, and an internet connection…This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing this level of experience and will provide invaluable support as VCC Live continues on its journey of international growth.

• Your mission is to deliver value with software and solve technical problems and help the team meet its goals.
• We expect you to write the best quality code you can according to the best industry standards, using best practices, and best patterns you know.
• Be able to help the team with any technical challenges, code review and pair programming.
• Participate in quality processes, like manual and automated testing

• Back End Developer
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience in GO
• Has some experience in C
• Knowledge of the following technologies or practices will be an advantage:
• RDBMS: MySQL or similar
• Git
• VoIP (SIP/RTP/WebRTC) experience
• Microservices
• Container technology: Docker / Swarm
• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• NoSQL technology: MongoDB or similar
• Observability frameworks (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics)
