We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team in Milan to ensure smooth and efficient wholesale order management.This role reports to the Commercial Director and works in close collaboration with the Finance, Logistics, and Product teams.As the key operational support for the wholesale channel, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of wholesale orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. You will also have the opportunity to support sales campaigns and contribute to more strategic activities, including sales data analysis and inventory management.What you’ll do:Manage order entry, customer master data, and order follow-up across wholesale accounts.Handle the creation and dispatch of outbound delivery notes (DDTs) for the central warehouse.Prepare packing lists in compliance with customer-specific requirements.Draft proforma invoices and verify issued invoices for accuracy and completeness.Support the sales team during campaign periods, helping to coordinate appointments and follow-up with clients.Oversee wholesale reorders and contribute to the stock management process.Analyze sales data to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.What we’re looking for:3+ years of experience in a similar back-office or sales operations role, preferably in fashion, retail, or wholesale environments.Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and order management platforms is a plus.Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams.Proactive attitude and problem-solving approach in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.What we offer:Benefits: lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects.Be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
